Throughout this pregnancy, I have tried to stay as active and healthy as possible for BBL. I still do Crossfit (with appropriate modifications from my coaches and www.crossfitmom.com), run, walk, do prenatal yoga, and do Tracy Anderson's Pregnancy Project DVDs (She has one for each month of pregnancy). I still feel great and don't look like a whale yet, so I think my efforts are starting to pay off!
